We do not accept returns unless the product is damaged.

By placing an order with Unicalli, you may allow Unicalli to photograph or record videos of your customized product for quality documentation, portfolio, website, social media, advertising and promotional purposes.

We will not intentionally publish personal information, private messages or photographs provided for customization without appropriate permission.

If you do not want your customized product to be photographed, recorded or used for promotional purposes, please inform Unicalli at the time of placing your order.
